yooooooo.... my braces not pain ler... so eat.. den gain back 1 kg... sad... now 65 liao.... budden im fine widdit ... i got untill holidays end to slim down.... muahahaha ... btw... b4 holiday i 69... muahahah... sux.. still very heavy!!! now i into maple... 2x.. budden not training.. niddta sleep coz tmr nid help papa....

WAHAHAHAHAHA......
wah cau...todae pluck teeth...two...super uncomfortable.... den something in between four teeth to seperate them to insert the metal thingy for the braces.... wtf... very uncomforatble.... feel like killing people... haha... then come home...do wadeva thing also buay song... play halo also not fun... wah cau... later i wan lvl my maple character!!!
